Sidoh's Notebook[]
Wasn't the Rem's Notebook given to Sidoh after the Soichiro Yagami's death instead of this one? I've always thought that Light and the Police have kept the notebook they already had for all these 5 years, and they have given back the notebook that was sent to them by "Kira", because later the "Police Death Note" still had all these rules Ryuk had written in it, including those fake rules, while the Rem's Notebook hadn't them...
