Title[]
The title is being styled as "Light up the NEW world," with up and world both in lowercase. This was done before, as Death Note: The Last Name was styled as "the Last name" in Japan, but was changed to " The Last Name" at least for the English-language release. So before we move the page and clean up all the links again, does Death Note: Light Up the NEW World look good to everyone, or is Death Note: Light up the NEW world preferred? I'm fine with either, but the current lowercase up and uppercase world are inconsistent. -- KylaraE (talk) 04:57, April 23, 2016 (UTC)
- The lowercase 'up' and uppercase 'world' has been bugging me. All caps for the first letters is typical of English releases and is consistent with our title of the page for The Last Name, but the play with capitalizing 'Light' is clever, as was capitalizing the 'L' in "the Last name." I prefer the page being titled Death Note: Light Up the NEW World for consistency, but noting on the page that the Japanese title is stylized as "Light up the NEW world." - Sounds good to me. Most of our regular editors (there are so few of us) have been by since this topic started two days ago, so I figure there are no objections and I'll go ahead and move the page. -- KylaraE (talk) 01:23, April 25, 2016 (UTC)
I was gonna talk about something else but I saw the previous topic. I'd prefer Death Note: Light up the New World, but whatever.
I was gonna ask when it'd be available for the American viewers. For some reason I'm really excited. Uh, that must be because I've waited for a movie outside America or Europe for the first time. RomeoRomeo (talk) 15:35, October 30, 2016 (UTC)
- The cases should match on "up" and "world," either both lowercase or both uppercase. I remain in favor of the current style.
- We don't know yet when the film will be available in America, which is a bit surprising to me actually. I expected Viz to swoop in and distribute it like it did the rest of the series, and Death Note remains popular so it would be lucrative for them, but there's been no word. The moment there's any news, we'll update the page. -- KylaraE (talk) 16:58, October 30, 2016 (UTC)
