Zenzai suffers from high blood pressure and works for the Kugisawa group.
Plot[]
Higuchi brought up to the other seven members of the Yotsuba group that if they kill Zenzai it would benefit the Yotsuba Resort Plans. They bring up that he suffers from high blood pressure so they should give him a stroke or something. L and Light Yagami call Reiji Namikawa and have him delay Zenzai's and the E.L.F's deaths. It is unknown what later happened to Zenzai.
